What it’s all about. After many years of going nowhere in industry, Chris finally found out what it was all about and did what he should have done in the first place - play music! We met by chance through a mutual friend and it became obvious very quickly that there was a musical empathy between us. Then - it all started to flow. Chris had music, which spoke volumes to me, and I had words & melodies in my head, which Chris could somehow instinctively find chords for. And the rest they say, is history. Here is our first offering. The album is aptly titled, as it is our first venture -¦getting off that damned fence -.and doing it. Me? Well I am just a singer of songs, if they grab me, I sing them. I love swing and the chairman himself Frank Sinatra (my mentor) and all his renditions of the classics. I could write a book about all the music I love and all the different artists, lets just say I have an eclectic taste with a plethora of styles. But this album is my own and Chris’s work, and reflects me, a thousand miles away from swing and jazz. We hope you like it, it’s different, and there’s plenty more where that came from. So please watch this space.
